He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra Kaczmarek; his children, Scott (Joanne), Todd (Cheryl), Chad Kaczmarek (Tracy) and Brooke Howie (Michael); his siblings, Anthony (Debbie) and Jerry Kaczmarek (Connie); and his grandchildren, Zach and Alex Kaczmarek.

Memorials may be made to either Hospice Buffalo Inc. or Buffalo VA Medical Center.
