We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Jose M. Tavares Jr. (Brant Lake, New York), born in Providence, Rhode Island. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parent Jose M. Tavares, Sr.. He is survived by : his parent Beatriz Tavares (Fernandes); his significant other Kimm Schlobohm; his sister Jacqueline T. Scungio (Thomas) of Rehoboth; his niece Lauren Scungio; and his nephew Michael Scungio. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
