He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer D. Bailey and Natalie M. Bailey (Gleason). He is survived by: his wife Mildred A. Bailey; his children, Steven R. Bailey (Deborah) of Montour Falls, Tina M. Cummings (Charles) of Churchville, NY and Curt S. Bailey (Kathleen) of Bradford, NY; and his brothers, John Bailey (Linda) and Harry Bailey (Roberta) of Bradford, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
