She was predeceased by: her husbands, Donald H. Tinney and Charles C. Beery; her brother Rexford Bell (Joyce); and her grandson Tray Tinney. She is survived by: her children, William (Carolyn), Donald (Julie), Frank Tinney (Lillie), Patricia "Hope" Dyce and Virginia "Ginger" Tinney; and her siblings, Kay Fulkerson (Harlan) and William Bell Jr. (Kathy). She is also survived by numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews.
