She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence "Bud" Sherrick, Sr. and Mary Alice Wolbert; her husbands, Donald G. Bouquin and Gerard J. Champagne; and her siblings, Jeneanne Wolfel and Steven Sherrick.
She is survived by: her children, Donald J. Bouquin (Anne) of Bradford, PA, Beth L. Bouquin of Naples, FL, George C. Bouquin (Sarah) of Monahans, TX, Linda S. Sabellico, Jr. (Vincent) of Ocala, FL, Christine A. Bredwell (Tom) of Tucson, AZ, Cheryl A. Siebers of Austin, TX and Gordon J. Champagne of Middlebury, IN; her grandchildren, Kate, Samantha, Elizabeth of Melanie, PJ, Lyndsey, Jeremy, Christopher and Jennifer; and her brothers, Edwin "Ted" Sherrick of Bradford, PA, Clarence "Bud" Sherrick, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV and Raymond Sherrick of Tucson, AZ.. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice, St. Mary's Church Renovation, Chapel Ridge, and McKean County SPCA or a charity of the donor's choice.
