He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Phelan and Marguerite Phelan; and his niece Deborah Phelan of Seguin, TX. He is survived by: his wife Susan Phelan of Bradford, NY; his stepchildren, Jennifer Raymond of Pine City and Brian Raymond (Korey) of Horseheads; his granddaughter Cayla Raymond of Salamanca, NY; his siblings, Martin Phelan (Gail) of Seguin, TX and Marge Erion-Johnson (Kermit) of Sturgis, SD; his uncle Robert Evenden of Horseheads; his niece Tamara Golden of Elmira Heights; and his nephew Martin J. Phelan (Gena) of Schertz, TX.
Adhering to NYS regulation, all guest must wear masks and maintain social distancing at all times.
Donations in memory of Lee may be sent to your local SPCA, Bradford Baptist Church (2788 Yawger Hill Rd., Bradford, NY 14815) or relief funds to assist the Louisiana Hurricane or California Wildfire victims.
