With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Thoman Sr. in Bradford, New York, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on August 25, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Thoman and Helen Thoman (Kostick); and his former wife Melva Thoman (Scrittorale). He is survived by: his wife Thelma Thoman; his children, Edward Jr. Thoman (Julie) of Port Charlotte, Fla, Ellen Robinson (Kevin) of Rome, Eric Thoman (Ginny) of Rome, Everett Thoman of Texas and Joseph Thoman (Bethany) of Parsons, TN; his daughter-in-law Leeonda Thoman of Rome, PA.; his stepchildren, Nancy Janssen (William Tubbs), John Janssen, Carol Webber (Peter) and Rob Janssen (Heather); his grandchildren, Brian Thoman (Jenny), Gregory Thoman (Lauren), Katie Steinhilber, Daniel Robinson (Deanna), Amanda Alden (Sean), Melissa Long (Jason), Matthew Robinson (Christen), Elizabeth Pitt (Chris), Eric Thoman, Jr. (Britanny), Jennifer Droske (Ron), Steve Thoman, Everett Thoman, Jr., Shawn Thoman (Jamie), Joshua Thoman (Casey), Katie Baker, Mariah Thoman, Matthew Webber (Taylor), Katie Kelley (Jason), Kara Welliver, Sydney, Meredith and Leo Janssen; and his siblings, Emil Thoman (Carol), William Thoman (Helen) and Marion Thoman. He is also survived by His many great-grandchildren and great- great grandchildren will also miss their loving Grandpa.
