He was predeceased by: his sibling Robert Forbes. He is survived by: his spouse Linda S. Forbes; his children, William J. Forbes, Jr., Kelly Zartman and Thomas Zartman; and his sibling Patricia Forbes. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
