He is survived by: his spouse Janice MacDavid (Glor); his children, Saundra Hoxie (David), Polly MacDavid, Rebecca Aanerud (Kevin), Suzanne Monczyski (Richard) and Jacob MacDavid (Karen); and his sibling Jean Schell (late Albert). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
