He is survived by: his siblings, Bob Makozy, Tammy Ebert (David) and Donna Carey (Dave); his nephews, Joshua Hood (Courtney) and Tom Carey; his niece Jessica Eddy (Daniel); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elena, Jace, Elaina, Olivia and Aria; and his grandchildren, Maeve, Finn and Rylan. He is also survived by other beautiful nieces and nephews.
