He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Harris. He is survived by: his children, Ann C. Harris, Michael A. Harris (Kim) and Jean E. Harris; his grandchildren, Vincent, Matthew, Lillian and Luke; his brother Stephen Harris (Kathy); and also Linda A. Harris. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in Arthur's memory.
