He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Shoemaker and Jean Shoemaker (Gantz); his wife Mary; and his brother Mark Shoemaker. He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Shoemaker (Anna Procter), Shannon Shoemaker of Bovina Center, Shawnon Morganstern (Steve) of Bovina Center, Shirley Shoemaker of Bovina Center, Valerie Scanlan, Gena Swantak and Erin Bartlett; his grandchildren, Elsa of Bovina Center and Dietrich Morganstern of Bovina Center; his brothers, John Shoemaker (Joyce) and Carl Shoemaker; and his sister-in-law Donna Pridemore. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
