She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard R. Congden Sr. and Helen Jane Buss; her husband Frederick T. Herbs I. Mr (Herbs); her siblings, Sharon Scribner, Leonard Congden Jr. and Ronnie Lilly; and her grandson Patrick Herbs.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Tara Louise; her children, Cynthia Snyder (James) of Oneida, Frederick Herbs II of Bouckville, Thomas Herbs of Oneida, Christine Herbs of Bouckville, Donna Jean Herbs II of Morrisville, Anthony Herbs (Tara) of Bouckville, Constance Herbs of Bouckville and Ernie "Bubba"; her grandchildren, Christian, Amanda, Jared, Carina, Cheyenne, Shannon and Travis Jr.; her great grandchildren, Christian, Alijah, Aiden, Annaliese, Carter, Declan and Noah; and her sister Kimberly Hartle of Vernon.
