He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell D. Palmer and Ruth R. Palmer (Rich); his siblings, George (Sarah), Martha (Bob) and Mada Polloc; and his nephew Gary.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille M. Tomb; his children, Barry (Shelly) of Schuylkill Haven, PA and Bonna (Richard) of Albuquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Katherine and Richard Hughes of Albuquerque, NM; his nieces, Robin Rozsi of Uniontown, OH and Paula Adams of Fleetwood, PA; and his nephew Ken Palmer of Columbus, OH.
A celebration of life in NY will be held at a future date after COVID restrictions are lifted.
Memorial donations may be made to the Bouckville United Methodist Church or the Morrisville Fire Department.
