He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Stark Dake and Phyllis Edmunds Dake; and his brother Charles Dake. He is survived by: his siblings, Bradford Dake and Heidi Keogh; his wife Estelle Leo Dake; his children, Graham Vaughn Dake and Tatiana Dake Myer (Tyler); his grandson Jack Perrin Myer; his great grandchild Veronica Rose Dake; his son Colo; his family Perrin; and also, Corbin Charles Dake and Juliette Rita Dake. He is also survived by his four children and two grandchildren.
