He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Barrett and Lucy Barrett (Mullett); his wife Phyllis Barrett (Valentine); his daughter Debra Barrett; and his sisters, Betty Jane Stoops (late Bud) and Kathy Darling (late Paul).
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Barrett Evenden (Jeff) and Jennifer Barrett Prentice (Matt); his grandchildren, Robert Evenden (Cheri), Michael Evenden (Megan Baskerville), Nicolle Evenden (Herb Overbeck), Bryce Prentice and Emerson Prentice; his great grandchildren, Abby, Olivia Evenden, Grace and Kiley Overbeck; and his siblings, Marty Barrett (late Jan) and Jeri Rubeck (Dave).
