He was predeceased by: his brother Alan Payne. He is survived by: his wife Joy; his daughter Mary Beth Becker; his sister Elizabeth Kennedy; and his brothers-in-law, Richard (Syliajean) and Robert Gondek (Christine). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
