He is survived by: his spouse Ona Lee Hamann; his sons, Douglas (Tina) and Tom Hamann; his grandchildren, Zebadiah, Gerhardt (Emily Puccio), Justus, Joelle Hoffmann, Luke and Nigel Hamann; and his sibling Shirley Haberman (Kenneth). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
