It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald A. Genzel of Boston, New York, who passed away on May 23, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Genzel and Mildred Genzel (Jacobs); and his sister Sharon. He is survived by: his wife Judith Genzel (Evans); his children, Jeffrey Genzel (Mary) of Boston, NY, James Genzel (Kajsa) of Hamburg, NY and Jennifer Chamberlain (Brad) of Selkirk, NY; his grandchildren, Jacob James, Andrew Jeffrey, Mary Grace, Evan James, Benjamin Troy, Sarah Mary Genzel, Joshua Gerald, Samuel Joseph and Nathan Bradley Chamberlain; and his brother Donald Genzel (late Lucille). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Tunnel 2 Towers, St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Shriner's Hospital.
