He was predeceased by: his parents, Casey Kruszka and Susan Kruszka. He is survived by: his siblings, Casey, DeMaris and Patrick Kruszka (Jennifer); his nephew Bill; and his nieces, Hannah and Meghan Kruszka. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
