He is survived by: his wife Donna Turnbull; his children, Donna Jorgensen (Jerry), Sandra Kelly (Dan) and David Turnbull (Catharine); his grandchildren, Michael LeVeille, Emily Kelly John Kelly, Sarah Kelly and Patrick Turnbull; his stepsister Joy Turnbull Thompson (James) of Oklahoma; and his friend Robert M. King.
