She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald LaFountain and Elsie LaFountain; her spouse Herman Horn; her children, Donald, Robert Horn of Barneveld, Debbie Weakley, Carmel, Darlene Whitaker and Marcy; her grandchildren, Robert Weakley, Jessica Mack, Donald Whitaker, Scott Horn and Ryan Horn; and her great grandchildren, Kaylin, Margaux, Allysa Weakley, Zoie, Ezra and Eleanor Mack.
