He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Sr. Koperda and Rose Mary Brown Koperda; and his sister Katherine Brown. He is survived by: his wife Mary LaDue; his children, Lauralee Koperda (Kirk Jeffers), Walter J. Koperda, III and Shane Koperda; his grandchildren, Gage Dunn, Hunter Tarbania, Cassidy Tarbania and Eden Koperda; his siblings, Kathy Schmelzle (Smokey), Diane White (Dale) and Danny Koperda (Annie) of Forestport; and his pet Samson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
