He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mazur and Anna Mazur (Kondziolcka); his wife Jane F. Malachowski; and his siblings, Felix, Wallace, Chet, Floyd Mazur, Stephanie Dulles, Sophia Schultz and Bertha Pawlicki.
He is survived by: his children, Monica Mazur, Cindy Panella, Steven Mazur (Claudia Giron), Annie Mazur (Ken Kraak) and Ziggy Mazur (Trish); his grandchildren, Bert, Jashu, Colter, Zadok, Hunter, Izaak, Charlotte and Emmalee; and his great grandchild Izzy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
