She is survived by: her husband Brad William Dale of Joseph's Church; her children, Jeannine McCanney (Randy), Shauna Kent (Joshua Kent) and Jason Dale (Jillian Dale); her grandsons, David Abraham, Jr., Eli Kent, Colton Dale, Clayton Dale and Calvin Dale; her brothers, James Orin Andrews, Jr., Jeffrey Andrews and Michael Andrews, Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Brenda Gaylord (John) and Rick Dale (Michelle).
