He is survived by: his wife Susan; his son Richard; his daughter-in-law Dawn Emerson; his grandchildren, Bradley Bourgeois (Lindsey), Keith Emerson (Melinda Rogers), Megan Bourgeois Boonville, Mitchell Emerson (Katherine Olmstead), Audrey Emerson and Damon Emerson; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Colton and Donovan Bourgeois; his sisters, Agneta Ingersoll, Phyllis Hanno, Marjorie Bibbins (Donald) and Noreen Crump; his siblings-in-law, Mary Emerson of Augusta, ME, Elizabeth Leffingwell and William Kapfer; and also Mary Rennie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
