She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Koperda and Rose Mary Brown Koperda; her son Wayne Schmelzle; her son-in-law Dana Humble; her grandson Francis Humble; and her brother Walter Koperda, Jr..
She is survived by: her former husband Frank A. Mooney; her husband Harold L. "Smokey" Schmelzle; her children, Melissa Humble (John Yager), Shane Mooney and Kim Thorne of Forestport; her grandchildren, Aaron, Meaghan, Aiden and Shelby; her great grandchildren, Braydon, Abrielle and Harper; her sister Diana White (Dale); her sisters-in-law, Jean Mooney and Patricia Evans (Donnie); and her daughter-in-law Lorrie Schmelzle.
