He is survived by: his parents, Lori Slone (Tracy) and Douglas Slone; his former wife Brandy Golden; his wife Heather Slone (Axtell); his children, Aiden Kessler (Kaydenn) of Boonville, Sierra Slone (Nicholas Pfendler) of Boonville, Vanessa Slone of Boonville, Lucas Rogers-Slone of Boonville, Daniel Rogers-Slone (Kenny) of Boonville, Annabelle Slone of Boonville and Alexander Slone of Boonville; his siblings-in-law, Matthew Axtell (Tiffany), Jason Axtell (Sara Tittle), Travis Axtell (Heather) and Shena Cummings (James); his sisters, Mikayla (Mike) and Virginia Slone; and his father-in-law Paul Axtell (Judy).
