He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Miller; his daughter Michelle Longway (Andrew Longway); his grandchildren, Anderson and Shaelynn Longway; his siblings, Margaret Hance (Ken) of Knifley, KY, Lorraine Luebbert (Darrel), Paul, Patricia Hance of San Antonio, TX and Barbara Krug of Lexington, KY.; and his siblings-in-law, Floyd Miller and Maryann Miller.
