She is survived by: her family Gisele; her children, Jamie Healt, Jessica Scott (Healt), Richard Zelazowski, ShaeLynn Rowland (Zelazowski) and Bryan Zelazowski; and her sisters, Audrey Mathis, Yvonne Jerome (Mathis), Michele Dale (Mathis) and Tabitha Mathis. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and her precious God Mother.
