It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick John Mathis of Boonville, New York, who passed away on August 19, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mathis and Mae Bassett Mathis; his wife Mary Louise Gleasman; and his siblings, Earl, Harry, Ray, Clara Vrubel and Annamae Purdy.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mildred Hemack and Helen Archer; his sister-in-law Mary Mathis; his daughters, Mary Anne Sharpe (Stephen) and Julie Paquin; his grandchildren, Brian Sharpe (Steve), Amy Richards (Zach), Gregory Sharpe (Kristina) and Kodie Paquin; his great grandchildren, Aiden Sharpe, Riley Sharpe and Sydney Richards; and also Julie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
