She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Smith and Lottie Recknall Smith; her spouse Roselle Putney; her son-in-law Jerry Millard Sr.; and her siblings, Earl, Frank Smith and Marjorie Phillips.
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Millard; and her grandchildren, Jerry Jr. Millard (Tracy), Jennifer Dailey (Steve), Julie Strobel (Scott), John Millard (Crystal), James Millard (Sarah) and Joshua Millard (Melissa). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great- granddaughter.
Memorial contributions in Florence's name may be made to the Abundant Life Fellowship Church in Boonville.
