It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn V. Wagoner (Boonville, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on October 31, 2019, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Charles Vernon and Mabel Davis Vernon; her children, Rodney and Barbera (Newell Fiske Wagoner); and her sister Betty Clifford Colgan.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie (Trace Schrafft) of Osterville, MA and Bill (Lori Wagoner) of Fairport, NY; her grandson Andrew (Christina Wagoner) of Longmont, CO; her stepgrandson Ted (Jamie Schrafft) of Charlotte, NC; her great grandchild James; and her foster daughter Bridgette Capron Farney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
