She was predeceased by: her parents, Erlo Capron and Susie Capron (Clark); and her siblings, Harry Capron, Bernice Hayes, Clinton Capron and Norman Capron.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Zeigler; her children, Steven Zeigler of Chesapeake, VA, Scott Zeigler (Diane Gallo) and Patricia Brand (John); her grandchildren, Cierra Bauer (Tim), Tyler Zeigler (Katelyn), Arcadea Scott (Lyle), Brittany Wisniewski (Donald) and Ashley Brand; her great grandchildren, Parker, Bridger Bauer, Austin, Lily Ann, Adelea Scott and Adelaide Wisniewski; and her extended family Dar Jenkins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to your local animal shelter, as Elinor gave a home to many shelter and homeless pets over the years.
