She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Wade Miller and Walter Miller; her husband Quentin L. Kotary; and her sisters, Marion Miller of Boonville, Grace Healt of Constableville and Virginia Walkup of Kansas.
She is survived by: her children, Kristine Shafer (Craig) of Little River, SC and Michael Kotary (Cathy) of Surf City, NC; her grandchildren, Michelle (Miriam) of Rose, KC and Marcus; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Braden, Caroline and Theo.
