With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cynthia Ann Moxley in Boonville, New York, born in Constableville, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2024 at the age of 73. She was predeceased by: her daughters, Erin Marie Moxley and Colleen Elizabeth Rogers (Moxley); her sister Sandra Roberts; and her nephew Ethan Felshaw. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Moxley (Dean); her daughter Wendy Moxley; her siblings, Robert Felshaw (Jaqueline Carpenter), Kevin Felshaw (Chryl), Patricia Platt (Frank) and Annette Szablewski (Phil); and her grandchildren, Jennavieve Allen, Owen McPhilmy and Samual McPhilmy.
