She was predeceased by: her father David C. Cavanaugh; her husband Terry A. Planck; and her sister Tracy L. Spann. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Peters Cavanaugh; her pets, Gertie, Sadie, Tommy and Lindsay; her sons, Dan T. (Michelle), Eric J. (Mallory) and Lee D. (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Tracy, D. Hunter, Wyatt, Gracie Mae, Donny (Little Terry) of Tera, L. T., Mason and Calia; and her siblings, David Cavanaugh (Lindsay), Cathy Austin (Wayne Slye) and Lisa Cavanaugh Boonville (Jay Flansburg). She is also survived by her kids, grandchildren, pet.
