He was predeceased by: his wife Annette DeVoe Hammond; his parents, Dr. Maurice Hammond and Louise Barlett Hammond; and his brother Dr. Robert Hammond. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Forest (Jim), Renee Lee (Randy) and Deborah Kline (Gary); his grandchildren, Jennifer Kennett (Tom), Rebecca Pinder (John), Heather Haslun (Jeremiah), Shannon Lee, Shawna Lee and Riley Kline; his sister Priscilla Foreman; and his sister-in-law Jane Sanford. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
