She is survived by: her parents, Fred Kellogg and Viola Rudd Kellogg; her spouse Walter F. Kinel; her children, Bruce Dailey of Remsen, Douglas Dailey (Kathy), Utica, Patricia M. Kinel, Linda Hartl (Larry) and Dawn Rathbun (Jerry); her brother-in-law Charles "Chuck" Joslin; and also Lowville.
