He is survived by: his mother Blanche Denslow Pfendler; his wife Lori Kolasa (Church); his son Drew (Sarah); his grandchildren, MacKenzie, Mason and Dominic; his son Matthew (Marissa); his grandson Greyson; and his sister Tracy Liechty (Andy Manning) of Boonville.
