He is survived by: his wife Katrina Sullivan; his daughters, Darlene Defazio (Aaron) of Boonville, Barbara Vanderland (John) of Boonville and Melinda Maciejko (Andrew) of Boonville; his grandchildren, Matthew, Mitchell Defazio, Haley Vanderland, Aiden, Laurel, Brady and Parker Maciejko; his sister Linda Gallo; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Sullivan, John Sullivan (Ellen), Sidnee Holland (Louie), Patrick Sullivan (Cathie), Paul Sullivan (Lorraine), Alicia Arthur (Lewis), Hope Croneiser (Patrick) and Faith Stinebrickner (Adrian). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
