She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred DeVoe and Evelyn Leichty DeVoe; and her siblings, Ralph, Robert and Norma Larrivey.
She is survived by: her husband Charles B. Hammond of Luke's Memorial Hospital; her sister Jane Sanford; her daughters, Cynthia Forrest (Jim), Renee Lee (Randy) and Deborah Kline (Gary); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Kennett (Tom), Rebecca Pinder (John), Heather Haslun (Jeremiah), Shawna Lee, Shannon Lee and Riley Kline. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
