It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shelly A. Foster (Bombay, New York), born in Massena, New York, who passed away on October 22, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo J. St and Janice St (Wilson). She is survived by: her husband Anthony; her children, Charles Foster of Bombay, Sara Foster of Bombay, Nikita and David Adcock of Rexburg, ID; her siblings, Harold "Butch" St. Hilaire of Brasher Falls and Kelly Lalonde of Massena; and her granddaughters, Joslyn Foster and Juliette Adcock. She is also survived by three grandsons.
