He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Blair and Phyllis Blair (Collette); his grandson Nicholas Smiddy; and his sisters, Margaret, Charlene and Shelia.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon (Johnston); his children, Amy Poupore (Delton) of Fort Covington, NY, Shelly Thompson (Steven) of Winthrop, NY and Derrick Blair (Carrie) of Brasher Falls, NY.; his grandchildren, Megan, Allison, Krista, Colin and Alex; his mother-in-law Lucy Shoen; and his siblings, Roger Blair (Shelia), Robert Blair (Kathy), Madlyn Hamelin, Donna Brill (Larry) and Sally Beaudette. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alice Ballard Hospice Fund in Harley's name.
