He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stillman LaGoy and Beatrice LaGoy (Bennett); his brother Robert LaGoy (Bertha); his son Scott LaGoy; his wife Fay Volkmann LaGoy; his daughters, Julia Riley and Darcy LaGoy; his grandson Mattingly Riley; his siblings, Linda Quinlan (Thomas), Thomas LaGoy (Vicki) and Penny Cleavland (Fred); and his brothers-in-law, Donald Volkmann (Susan) and Andrew Volkmann (Donna). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to donate can do so to Bolton Central School in honor of Edward LaGoy.
