She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Childs and Leora "Odie" Jordan Childs; her husband Clayton W. Hackett; her son William C. Hackett (Billy); her great grandchildren, Kymberly Dodge-Grayson and Ayden Ellis; and her sisters, Phyllis Neu, Carolyn Hackett, Beverly Brown and Constance Best.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannie Black (Jeffrey) of Wellsville, Clayton "Stub" Hackett (Shelia) of Mississippi and Rodney Hackett (Kelly) of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Cheryl Dodge, Heidi McMillen, Jade Black, Clay Hackett, Claire Ellis (Hackett), Cole Hackett (Abby), Madison Guilliams (Caleb), Ogden Hackett (Natalie) and Avery Hackett; and her great grandchildren, Kamron Dodge, Carson, Kaiden Black, Grant, Charlotte Hackett and Hattie Guilliams. She is also survived by her many cousins, nieces and nephews; and many friends.
