He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Childs Bolivar; his mother Sharon Bean of Friendship; his son Jeff Bean Lewiston; his stepchildren, Bobbi Lutes Bolivar, Allen Childs Savannah and Kristopher Childs Kansas (Whitnee); his grandson Jeffrey Bean; his stepgrandchildren, Kya, Kaitlyn Lutes and Konner Childs; and his sisters, Karen Martin Friendship, Wendy Rich Bolivar and Mandy (Mike).
Memorials to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
