With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred V. Sahm (Bolivar, New York), born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 9, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Phillips and Mildred Young Phillips; her children, Gregory Sahm Bolivar (Melissa) and Annette; and her sister Eileen Ankney. She was also cherished by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
