He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Church and Joyce Sherrard Church. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Lee; his children, Andrew Church of Allegany, NY and Chelsea Church of Rochester, NY; and his siblings, Charlotte Mead (Bob) of Alma, NY, Brian Church (Christine) of Sevierville, TN and Barry Church (Janette) of Shinglehouse, PA.
