She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Hackett and Susan Hall Hackett; her grandchildren, Brian Shutt, Gary Elliott, Lawrence Benjamin Jr. and Mary Champlin; and her siblings, Kenneth Hackett, Clayton Hackett, Leonard Hackett Jr., Helen Torrence, Shirley Peterson and Susan Ionne.
She is survived by: her spouse Francis I. Miller; her children, Paul Tarr of Rapidan, Lawrence Benjamin (Linda) of Friendship, David Benjamin Sr. of Florida, Bruce Benjamin of Bolivar, Joyce Shutt of Bliss, Vironcia Champlin of Olean, Mary Benjamin of Olean and Christine Roberts (Floyd) of Byron; and her sisters, Ruth Johnson of Smethport and Phyllis Burch of Yorkshire. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
